Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Rap Duo AI credit packs.
1. Failed videos
If a video fails to generate for any reason, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us.
2. Unused credit packs
If you haven't used any credits from a pack, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing hi@rapduoai.app with the email address you signed in with.
3. Used credits
Credits already used to generate a finished video are not refundable in cash, because the video has been delivered and the generation cost has been incurred. If a finished video is clearly broken (for example, blank or corrupted), email us and we will review it and return the credits where appropriate.
4. Refunds and your balance
When a payment is refunded, the credits from that purchase are removed from your balance. If some of those credits were already used, your balance may become negative and you won't be able to generate videos until it is positive again.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider. It may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
